Find joy, liberation, and rest with Flow Art, a creative movement and dance experience led by Kirwin from RVA Flows. Hula hoops, silk fans, and poi will be available to use for dance. Kirwin will guide participants and answer questions. This program is for all ages and skill levels. We’ll gather in the far back parking lot of Belmont Library between 6-8 PM. Registration is not required.
