Kameron Lee

Kameron Lee is a multimedia artist, born in December 2005 and raised in Victoria, Virginia. From a young age, Lee developed a passion and exemplary skill in the arts, pursuing artistic endeavors both inside and outside the art classroom. With most of his work heavily dependent on material, Lee uses an object’s connotations to shift the visual narrative and create a means of storytelling.

Lee has been in exhibitions such as Virginia State University’s Department of Art & Design’s 2025 and 2026 Student Juried Exhibitions and Art Works’ 4th Friday Reception, winning him the 2025 Juror’s Choice award, the 2026 Best in Alternate Media and Best in Show awards, and the First Place prize, respectively. Lee has exhibited work in juried exhibitions in Petersburg, VA, and Richmond, VA, most recently “Artivism” at Petersburg Public Library in Petersburg, VA. Additionally, Lee has been commissioned and independently sold work to several notable faculty members of Virginia State University, including Dr. Tia A. Minnis, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. A senior at Virginia State University, Lee is completing his Bachelor of Fine Arts. Post graduation, Lee plans to pursue his Master of Fine Arts.
