This is a ballroom dance sponsored by the Richmond Chapter of USA Dance, Inc., an organization that promotes ballroom dancing in over 140 chapters across the country. The dance begins with a 45-minute lesson, followed by social dancing to strict-tempo ballroom dance music provided by a professional DJ. All skill levels are welcome. No partner is required. Dress is business casual. No smoking. No alcohol. Wear smooth-soled shoes for dancing on a hardwood floor. Light refreshments are provided.
