Belltower Pictures and Oakwood Arts Saturday Workshops

$35 per workshop (includes lunch)

This Saturday, January 28th, the “How to Make a Documentary Film” workshop series makes its debut! Oakwood Arts is hosting this workshop in partnership with Belltower Pictures with a goal of teaching and supporting documentary filmmaking by BIPOC creatives.

“The Basic Skills and Crafts"

Designed as an introductory course, the first workshop covers the fundamentals needed to get started. Guest speakers include: Randall Taylor, Martin Montgomery, Andrew Uvarov, and David Powers.

Lesson Plan Includes: 

“Building the Team” - David Powers; 10:00 - 10:20

“Location Sound” - Andrew Uvarov; 10:20 - 12:00

“Networking Lunch”; 12:00 - 1:00

“Cinematography” - Martin Montgomery & Randall Taylor; 1:00 - 3:00
