FFCH is a Richmond-based 501(c)(3) non-profit that fosters mental, emotional, and relational health and wellness. We support healthy relationships with self, others, Earth, and the loving force that connects us. We think that most workplaces and formal schooling don't provide us with skills in these areas, which are arguably the most important to living a good and happy life.

We do our work through online, educational modules on a variety of topics such as:

  • Relationship Wellbeing
  • Hearing for Healing
  • Race Through Storytelling
  • Navigating Anxiety
  • Reducing Your Carbon Footprint
  • And more!
