Embracing Anger: Emotional Balance will focus on exploring our emotional fingerprints- the individual, unique ways that we experience and process the world. By diving beneath the surface of anger, we will examine our unconscious emotional needs that masquerade as angry feelings.
Participants can expect to engage in open discussions during the meeting times in addition to completing written work in between sessions.
Embracing Anger is a series, with the second installment, Emotional Balance, focusing on what is underneath anger. While there will be more classes to come, it is not required to take all parts of the series.
This course is for you if you:
-want to increase your awareness of emotions
-are doing the inner work toward your shadow and need direction
-enjoy self exploration as well as a group environment
