About our guests:

Eric worked at Olsson’s Books in Records in Washington, DC from the late 80’s through the mid-90’s. He was a buyer and manger in the book department at the Dupont Circle location of Olsson’s. He also worked for a small press named Elliott & Clark Publishing and was a sales rep for three years with National Book Network (NBN) selling to indies in the Mid-Atlantic and South. He was hired by the Perseus Books Group in 2009 and sold both Perseus Books and PGW in the Mid-Atlantic. Ingram acquired Perseus Distribution in 2016. His territory goes from New York City to North Carolina.

After graduating Boston University with a BA/MA in English and American Literature and interning with the sales department of Candlewick Press, Caroline began her career at Simon & Schuster in Special Markets, then joined the Independent Retail team in late 2021. Since then, she has sold S&S books of all kinds to indies across the eastern half of the country. Other than books, her other passion in life is movies. She is based in Brooklyn.
