About the Guests:

Terrie is the marketing director at Other Press. She joined the company in 2004 as a publishing assistant, and since then has held positions in publicity, social media management, and digital marketing, dabbling in editorial and design along the way. She’s proud and grateful to be a part of the vibrant indie publishing community and serves on the steering committee of the Independent Publishers Caucus. She graduated from New York University with a degree in English literature and creative writing, and holds an MA in international studies from the CUNY Graduate Center.

Mona is the international publishing coordinator at Other Press, a position she has now held for eight years. Born in Paris and educated at Sciences Po in Aix en Provence, France, and at Université Paris 13- Villetaneuse. After serving as an intern at Other Press during her studies, she returned to the company full-time in 2015 where she now serves as a bridge between marketing, editorial, and international rights. A voracious reader of both French and English, she delights equally in the written word and occasionally smoking cigarettes.
