Artspace’s 2024 season begins with new exhibitions from January 26 to February 17, 2024
Opening Reception, Jan. 26 from 6 - 9 p.m.
Artist talks scheduled Saturday Jan. 27 at 2 p.m.

On exhibit in the Main gallery:
- Belgian-born artist Dymph de Wild’s The Solace of Silence, an exhibition of Digital photographs. Handbound books are used as a record for keeping de Wild's thoughts. The work is inspired by and emphasizes the artistic process, exploration, play, and curiosity.
- Richmond artist Aimee Joyaux’s Truth to Power, an exhibition of printmaking.
Poster making is Joyaux's preferred choice to rage against the machine. Used since the earliest days of printed matter to rally the troops, posters are simple, graphic, cheap to produce, and easy to share.
- Fiber art in Stitched, an exhibition by Artspace artist member Brigette Newberry. Newberry's improvised "quilts" are made from fabric at hand, exploring the concepts of fiber, fiber works, quilting and the nature of quilting that is - comfort, layers, colors and patterns.
