Join us each week from 3:15pm – 4:15pm for Make and Play Co-Labs in the Downtown Art Studio!  Focused on school readiness skills, this weekly series of collaborative art-making sessions playfully explores art processes and encourages learning through artistic play.

In January, we will be creating colorful paper collages together using prepared papers, basic shapes, and found materials.

In February, we will be working with weaving, using cool winter colors and textures.

In March, we will be building paper sculptures and learning about a variety of lines.

In April, we will be using fabric and mixed media to create a series of flags.

In May, we will be drawing from our imaginations and creating a group mural.
