About this Event
Celebrate the anniversary of the United States' independence with a great book! Rebellion 1776 is set during the spring of 1776 and the Siege of Boston. Meet Elsbeth Culpepper, a thirteen year old girl whose story unfolds during this historic time. Not only is there a revolution happening, she also must survive a plague!
We'll meet, discuss this historic time, share resources and pick up books. Three weeks later we will discuss the book including the challenges that Elsbeth faced, the choices she made, and her survival into the beginning of a new country, the United States of America.
