We're accepting applications for our 2022-23 Annual Artist residency program. Apply or tag your favorite artist to apply for one of three visual art residencies or one creative writing residency. Our Annual residents have 24/7 access to a private studio for 11 months at VisArts, they receive a $5,000 honorarium and have access to all VisArts studios.

This program is open to artists in all stages of their careers. VisArts will prioritize artists who have a demonstrated creative practice and are either emerging in their field or exploring new ideas or media. We encourage BIPOC artists and those that come from groups that have been historically underrepresented due to age, disability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or socioeconomic status to apply!
