AfroFusion Flow brings together music and movement influenced by cultures throughout Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, and the United States. Each class celebrates the connections that exist across the diaspora while giving participants an energetic and enjoyable way to move their bodies, learn new dance styles, and build community.

No previous dance experience is required. Whether you are an experienced dancer or simply looking for a lively way to stay active, AfroFusion Flow offers a supportive environment where everyone can participate at their own pace. Classes are open to all ages and skill levels.
