In the Round – An Intimate Unplugged Musical Circle

Not an open mic. Not a jam session. Something more intentional than either.

In the Round is a bi-weekly unplugged gathering at Sound Hall Studios for up to eight musicians and songwriters ready to share their newest work in an intimate setting. One song at a time. No PA. No performance pressure. Simply music and a room full of people who genuinely want to listen.

This is a trusted space where you can share freely, collaborate if the moment calls for it, and connect with fellow musicians in a way that a stage and a spotlight simply cannot offer. Additionally, a group facilitator guides every session to keep the energy focused and the experience meaningful for everyone in the room. As a result, each participant gets a genuine opportunity to share as time allows — so come prepared, come open, and come ready to engage as much or as little as feels right for you.

Ready to share something? Bring your newest song, a work in progress, or something you have been sitting with and are finally ready to put in front of a room. Whatever you bring, this is the room for it. Furthermore, because we intentionally limit space to eight participants, every voice in the room receives the attention it deserves.
