RVA Classical Underground Variety Show

RVA Classical Underground aims to bring professional classical musicians together to share their talents in support of local arts organizations. At each of our musical variety shows, we feature a different Richmond arts organization and provide a platform for them to speak about their mission. Our musicians volunteer their time and skill, sharing music that they love, while ticket sales for each show go to the featured organization. Audiences can expect to hear solo and chamber works performed by a variety of instruments and voices by composers both old and new. For this event, we are partnering with the Community Flute Lessons Project, who aims to provide free flute lessons and mentorship to students who face financial barriers to accessing private music education.
