Two Artist Studios available in Ashland

We have two studio spaces available at the Hanover Arts and Activities Center in Ashland.

These are two art/makers studios located in a historic building in downtown Ashland. We have two studios with the same square footage available. We are looking for an annual lease.  The current tenant of studio 13 is moving out August 31st, but we may have flexibility to move you in sooner.    Studio 11 is vacant but in use as a meeting room.  We will convert this space back into an artist studio at the beginning of September and feel it will be ready to rent by September 15th at the latest.

These studios have hardwood floors, white walls, and  each have one window as well.  The studios are 143 st ft each. Tenants will have access to the studio through a side door during the week.  If the building is rented for a wedding or other large special event, we will ask you to enter through the back door.  These studios are beside each other on the second floor, so you would need to be able to walk up stairs as there is no elevator.  These studios are beside each other and there is a painter in another studio on the same floor.

The studios are located on the second floor, so stairs are involved as we do not have an elevator.  We are looking for artists or makers for these spaces.  We have availability for the artist to have programming or display their art in the Center as well (if desired).
