Poems for People Virginia

Poems for People Virginia hosts a wide variety of events throughout the commonwealth and beyond. They have partnered with Farm Aid, Front Porch Fest, Floyd Fest, Red Wing Roots, Rooster Walk, Tiffany & Co., The Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk, The Children’s Museum of Richmond, The VMFA, the Poe Museum, Art 180, OPENSPACE Education, the Virginia Festival of the Book, and Lowell Celebrates Kerouac among others.  They host typewriter experiences for youth and adults and are the curator and host of the Literary Open Mic Happy Hour at the Camel and the American Slant monthly music and poetry tribute reading series.
