Universal Arts Teaching Gallery

Universal Arts Teaching Gallery is an artist-run nonprofit exhibition space based in Richmond, Virginia. Founded to support underrepresented artists in the region, the gallery offers a year-round program of exhibitions, workshops, panels, and classes designed to expand access to contemporary art, both for the artists who show there and the communities who experience their work. Beyond its programming, the gallery serves as an advocate for the arts in Richmond, working to strengthen and sustain the city’s creative community.
